I am going all the way out my natural mind today. For openers the day started with London Fog really really yelling at me because the refrigorator appeared to be nonfunctional. It's working now, so who knows? We got at electricity bill for $800 when we haven't gotten one for more than a hundred to a hundred and a quarter since we first moved into this place. There is speculation on the part of Sgt. License Plate maker that when they installed electricity next door at a construction site they accidentally switched with ours. Could happen I suppose.
